Ash Wednesday Service

Join us Wednesday morning, February 18, at 7 am for an Ash Wednesday service.

Ash Wednesday is the beginning of Lent and a time where we as a church confess our sins, repent from rebellion, and anticipate the victory over sin by Jesus' death and resurrection. The ash placed on the forehead is the physical symbol of the biblical tradition of "repenting in dust and ash," as well as a reminder that it is from dust we came and to dust we will return.
