Prayer Ministry
Our vision for the Prayer Ministry at Redemption Arcadia is to create rhythms and spaces of contemplative personal and corporate prayer within our church. We long to become a people who faithfully, honestly and earnestly retreat to the secret place to know and be known by God. We seek to become a church that is hungry for God, sustained by the work of the spirit, and steadfast in prayer.
How to get involved
Prayer Room
We are excited to have a prayer room designed to intentionally encourage us to be a "house of prayer" and to faithfully follow God's call to pray without ceasing. This room is available for you to pray anytime, day or night by using the keypad on the door.

Sunday Morning Prayer Ministry
We believe prayer is powerful and we want to use that gift to support the work of the church and leaders by praying for them as they serve the family of God at Redemption Arcadia. Our Sunday Morning Prayer team gathers in the prayer room to pray during each service. This is a wonderful opportunity to begin a regular rhythm of prayer, to pray for people within our church family that you may or may not know, and to see God work in our church in some really specific ways.
Daily Prayer
Through prayerful thought and patient waiting, the Holy Spirit led us to begin a daily prayer rhythm. Although the prayer room is always open and accessible to our church, it is powerful to pray alongside and intercede for one another. We practice daily prayer rhythms on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:00-7:00AM in the prayer room. We read a passage of scripture and then spend the rest of our time praying together as the Holy Spirit leads and guides us through that time. Coffee is regularly provided, and this opportunity is open to anyone in our church!
Monthly Prayer Gathering
We gather for prayer on the first Tuesday of every month from 7:00-8:00pm in the prayer room. These gatherings are an opportunity to center our hearts on the Lord through prayer and worship. We acknowledge our need for prayer and God’s faithfulness to hear our prayers as we take time to intentionally seek his face together. No need to RSVP, just stop by and join us!
