Dr. Douglas Moo is widely regarded as the preeminent biblical scholar of the late 20th and early 21st Centuries. In a stroke of God's wonderful providence, Dr. Moo has moved to Phoenix -- actually, just a few miles from Redemption Arcadia. One of his areas of specialty is helping the Christian understand what it means to be involved in true, loving, biblical care for God's good creation in a fallen and sin-corrupted world.
