Students (6–12 Grade)

Here at Redemption Arcadia, we believe in the importance of partnering with parents to raise the students in our church in the goodness and truth of Scripture. We are a discipleship-focused and gospel-centered community of students joining together in fellowship to worship our Lord and to learn and apply scripture in the context of student’s lives. Each Wednesday night at 6:15pm, our students are invited to join us for pizza, games, worship, teaching God’s word, and small groups!

Young Adults (18–29 years old)

Our young adults gather to engage well in community and be equipped to live the Gospel in all their lives. Between the years of 18-29, there are unique needs and opportunities where young adults can be cared for and be sent to care for others. If you are 18-29 years old, join us on 2nd and 4th Mondays as we eat together, sing together, study God's Word together, and pray for each other.

Men’s Bible Study

For the 2025 - 2026 "season," the men's Bible study will work its way through the Gospel of Mark.  This Gospel is thought to be the first written record of Jesus' ministry to be recorded on papyrus and is the "quickest moving" of the four Gospels (Matthew, Luke, & John).

The Fall section will run 14 weeks from Tuesday, August 19 through Tuesday November 18 (Chapters 1- 8 of Mark) and the Winter/Spring section will run 14 weeks from Tuesday January 13 through Tuesday April 14 (Chapters 9 - 16 of Mark).
We look forward to seeing you at this study!

Women’s Bible Studies

We are excited to be diving into the book of Exodus for our fall Women's Bible Study.

In this 10-session verse-by-verse study of Exodus 1–18, Jen Wilkin shows us that Israel’s story is our story: the same God who delivered Israel also delivers all those He loves from slavery to sin and from service to the pharaohs of this world. He lifts our eyes to the promised land He has prepared where we dwell with I AM and worship Him as the one true God. Together each week we will study the word, watch a video teaching, and engage in conversation and prayer with each other in small groups.

Purchase the book ahead of time here and email Malia Rogers if you plan to use the Thursday morning childcare!

Redemption Communities

Redemption Communities (RCs) strive to help followers of Jesus grow in faith and holiness, fostering Christ-Centered relationships with fellow believers through feasting, fasting, service, and prayer; all to the glory of God. These groups are each a smaller, localized expression of our Sunday gathering.

Redemption Communities are leader facilitated groups and typically meet in homes throughout the Arcadia and greater Phoenix area. While the content of study may vary from group to group; each RC is dedicated to the study of God’s Word, the fellowship of believers, the breaking of bread, and to prayer (Acts. 2:42). Members of Redemption Communities desire to come together and to have all things in common in Christ Jesus (v. 44).

Hospitality

At Redemption Arcadia, hospitality is a reflection of Christ’s love. Whether brewing coffee, serving breakfast like Jesus did in John 21, or helping every guest feel seen (1 Corinthians 12), our teams create spaces of welcome and connection. From a warm cup to a kind word, small acts have eternal impact (Hebrews 13:2).

  • Coffee Bar: Twice monthly (plus 5th Sundays)

  • Breakfast Club: One Sunday monthly

Worship & Production

Here at Redemption Arcadia, we believe in distraction free worship that gives God the glory that He deserves through lyrics that derive from Scripture, musical instruments to accompany our praise to the Lord, and a production team to help facilitate an environment to lead our congregation in giving the praise that Jesus alone deserves. Positions on our worship team include vocals, electric guitar, bass guitar, acoustic guitar, drums, and keys. Positions on our production team include front of house audio engineer, ProPresenter operator, lights operator, and livestream operator. If you are musically talented or technologically skilled and interested in serving the Lord through your gifts, please reach out to our ministry contacts!

Kids

Join our team of dedicated volunteers as we guide children through the scriptures and point them to Jesus! R/Kids meets during all three services each Sunday, engaging our kids with games, songs, videos, bible studies, and crafts as we connect each story to Christ. Volunteers can serve with kids from birth-6th grade, and we ask that you serve two Sundays each month.

Prayer

Prayer ministry serves an important role in the church as we lift up the needs of the people, call on the Lord to move in our community and seek His will for our lives.

Our Sunday Morning Prayer team gathers in the prayer room to pray during each service. This is a wonderful opportunity to begin a regular rhythm of prayer and to pray for people within our church family.

Our monthly prayer team gathers in the prayer room on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm for an hour of prayer and worship.

Campus Care

Whether you’re handy with maintenance or just eager to help Sundays and events run smoothly, we’d love to have you on the Campus Care team. From setting up the Sanctuary to assisting with repairs or opening the church when staff are off, there’s a place for you to serve.

Each month, Caleb will email a list of opportunities, and you’re free to serve at as many or as few as you’d like — making this a great option for those with limited time or changing schedules.

If you're interested, just fill out the form and let us know how you'd like to be involved — Caleb will follow up with you!
