Stroller Babies: Stroller Fitness Class

Stroller Babies is a FUN total body conditioning workout designed just for moms with little ones. Each 50 minute class is tailored to new moms and is comprised of core restore, cardio, strength, and balance work, all while entertaining baby in tow. You’ll leave the class feeling successful, energized and connected to other moms! This class is all about fun and self-care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

What to bring: stroller, baby, water bottle, and a great attitude! Dress in comfortable work-out wear and appropriate shoes – footwear a must as class takes place in the parking lot.

When & Where

Wednesdays, April 7-28 from 9-10:15am on the East side of the parking lot




Childcare is not available. Kids are welcome to join in outside!
